Caleb has managed and consulted for private equity portfolio businesses in Asia for over 15 years. As an English, Cantonese and Mandarin speaker, he has consistently played the role of bridging east and west in his upbringing, education, and career. His multicultural background provides him with a unique perspective of how global companies can succeed in Asia. His diverse upbringing has naturally led to an academic interest in culture, which will enable him to design tools relevant to management in this diverse and growing region.
Kevin Tan

Kevin has over 15 years of experience in communications in both public and private domains. In public service, he managed crisis communications during the 2013 Singapore Haze Crisis and was the media planner for the 2014 Singapore Airshow. Fluent in English and Mandarin, Kevin has built an extensive network of international media professionals and is a well-published communications scholar. As a pracdemic, he bridges the challenges of practice and the theoretical developments of academia in the communications field.

Wladamir has over 25 years of success in executive search, sales & marketing, and management consulting globally. Speaking English and Portuguese, he has lived in Brazil, the US, UK, Hong Kong and now Singapore since 2011. He is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and has supported the professional development of more than 1,000 executives and board members with workshops, mentoring and coaching. His research interest is in how organizational behavior impacts negotiations as well as hiring and career decisions.
